Sidhan’s Vericoil Pack of 2
Varicose vein, a painful condition characterized by thickening and enlarging of blood vessels in the legs, now has an efficient treatment. You can get full relief from varicose vein without laser treatment or surgery.
Varicose vein can be easily treated with Sidhan’s Vericoil. It may take six months and up to 24 months for severe conditions for complete cure from this condition.
Foods to be Avoided:
- Milk and milk products (milk tea, milk coffee, yogurt, buttermilk, paneer etc.)
- Beef and pork
- Vegetables like brinjal, ivy gourd and moringa leaves
- Food products made from flour and semolina (upma, porota and other bakery products including puffs)
- Edible fish dishes such as prawns, crabs and clams
- Foods tuffs containing flour
- Peas, green peas, peanuts
- All yams except yams and sweet potatoes.
Foods that can be eaten:
- All vegetables like bitter gourd, ladies finger, broad beans, beetroot can be eaten as thoran or waxed with oil.
- Chicken, mutton (minimum quantity can be eaten once a week as curry)
- Sea fish such as sardine,salimon fish herring, anchovy , karai and all types of backwater fish and river fish. (All other fish should be avoided)
- You can eat curries mixed with grated coconut. (Curries using red chillies or chilli powder should not be eaten, green chillies or black pepper can be used).
- Fruits (ripe bananas can be eaten after cooking).
- Small grains like rice, wheat, ragi etc.
- Soak chickpeas in water, sprout, cook and eat.
- Almonds (can be soaked in water daily in small quantities).
- Appam, Idiappam, Ari Pathiri, Neer Dosa, steam cake, Adda, Kozhukatta can be made with rice or ragi (cotton grass).
People suffering from itchy varicose veins/spider veins should also completely avoid fish, meat, eggs, sour fruits and other acidic foods (especially lemons, oranges, grapes, etc.) in addition to the above. Small fish can be introduced into the diet only after the itching has completely subsided.
Things to watch out for people with varicose ulcers.
How to use the medicine is given step by step below.
- Pour Sidhans Vericoil on a small cotton ball.
- Clean the wound with the same cotton.
- Take another new cotton ball and dab oil on it well.
- That cotton should be closely tied to the wound. (Note: The cotton should be completely soaked in oil.)
- Without untying the wound, at intervals of one and a half hours, oil should be spread a little and through that gap (Do not allow the cotton to dry under any circumstances.)
- Oil should be applied six times a day at intervals of three hours to the rest of the leg except the bandaged part.
Dietary guidelines for ulcer sufferers:
- Nothing but rice gruel and vegetables should be eaten for three meals for the first four weeks. (Diabetic patients should drink porridge with millets for three meals.)
- Drink black tea or black coffee.
- Vegetables can be made into toran or wax paste.
- Vegetables such as bitter gourd, broad beans, carrot and beetroot should be included in 3 times the amount of gruel in the diet.
- Don’t use like brinjal, ivy gourd, unripe bannana and moringa leaves and other types of tubers except yams.
Things to note:
- Wounds should not be made in to contact with water. If wet, the wound will be very difficult to dry.
- If there is no fluid or pus from the wound, it is enough to clean it and bandage it the next morning.
- If fluid or pus appears from the wound, the wound should be untied and bandaged at night.
- Those who are not severely affected by the disease recover quickly by using Sidhans Vericoil.
- Those with more severe disease should use Sidhans Vericoil for six months to one year.
- At the beginning of the application of the medicine, itching, swelling and pain are seen to increase in some people. This is a sign of healing. With the use of Vericoil in subsequent days, the difficulties are completely removed. Discontinue the use of sidhans Vericoil for two days if these difficulties become unbearable and by that the difficulties will decrease. When the difficulties subside, we can start using sidhans vericoil again.
- When people with ulcers use sidhans vericoil, the ulcer appears to be slightly enlarged as the dead cells around the ulcer are sloughed off. With subsequent use of Sidhans Vericoil the ulcer heals completely.
Sidhans Vericoil should be applied six times daily (at least five times) at intervals of three hours - from foot to thigh - on whichever leg is affected.
